You may return most new/original condition items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or an exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply go to the contact tab and let us know you would like a refund or replacement. We'll notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.

We ship out in less than 24 hours, except on Saturday and Sunday.
Orders within Canada should be expected within 1 - 5 working days via Standard shipping.
Orders outside of the UK should be expected within 5-10 working days, depends on your location.
Customers who opt for the standard international shipping should note that this service is not tracked, and although we expect orders to be delivered in 5-10 working days, it can take up to 3 weeks in some instances.
